Week schedules

The Week schedules panel is located on the right side of the Schedules Manager and contains controls used define Week schedules by selecting Day schedules that have been entered for the Project or from the System definitions.

Setting	Description
Schedule type	Week schedules can be based on one of the following Schedule types: On/Off — Defines the Week schedule by selecting On/Off Day schedules for each week day. Percentage — Defines the Week schedule by selecting Percentages based Day schedules for each week day. Percentage Day schedules are defined by inputting percentages of the design temperature to be maintained during each of the 24 hours of the day. Value — Defines the Week schedule by selecting Value based Day schedules for each week day. Value based Day schedules are defined by directly inputting the actual value to be passed to the energy simulation at the appropriate timestep. Temperature — Defines the Week schedule by selecting Temperature based Day schedules for each week day. Temperature based Day schedules are defined by directly inputting temperatures to be maintained during each of the 24 hours of the day. Control — Defines the Week schedule by selecting Control based Day schedules for each week day. Control based Day schedules are defined by selecting the type of controller used to maintain the climate during each of the 24 hours of the day. Note: The Schedule type control is only enabled when a new Week schedule is being created. It is disabled for existing Week schedules.
Weekdays	Contains controls used to select Day schedules for each of the seven days of the week as well as Holiday, Cooling Design and Heating Design days. Day schedules of the active Schedule type are pre-populated on the week days drop-down lists. Sunday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Sundays. Monday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Mondays. Tuesday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Tuesdays. Wednesday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Wednesdays. Thursday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Thursdays. Friday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Fridays. Saturday — Sets the day schedule to be used for Saturdays. Cooling Design — Sets the day schedule to be used for cooling design days. Heating Design — Sets the day schedule to be used for heating design days. Holiday — Sets the day schedule to be used for holidays.
